1. Who you are contracting with
This service is provided by ApiShip ("ApiShip", "we", "us"), trading as ApiShip, and by creating an account or using the service you enter into an agreement with ApiShip. You confirm that you are of legal age and, where you sign up on behalf of a company, that you are authorised to bind that company. Contact: hello@apiship.store.
2. The service
ApiShip is a usage-metering and billing tool for software teams. By creating an account you agree to these terms. The service is offered on a self-serve basis: a free tier with monthly limits, and paid plans that we may change with reasonable notice. We may add, change or withdraw features, and we may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law.
3. Using the site
You may use this site for your own lawful, informational purposes. Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not submit anyone else's personal data or anything unlawful, infringing or misleading. We may decline or remove any signup and may change or withdraw the site at any time.
4. Accounts and your data
You are responsible for your account credentials, your API keys, and the accuracy of the usage data you send us. You keep ownership of your data; we process it only to run the service for you. ApiShip computes usage and produces billing figures - you remain responsible for the invoices, prices and taxes you charge your own customers, and for any payment processor you use. You can delete your account by emailing hello@apiship.store.
5. Payment, billing and refunds
When you buy a paid plan you buy it directly from ApiShip, and ApiShip is the seller of record for your order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; your card details are collected and stored by Stripe and never reach our systems. By paying you also agree to Stripe's terms for the payment transaction.
Paid plans are sold as subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly as selected at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page or the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes such as VAT or sales tax, which may be added at checkout where the law requires it. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Usage above your plan allowance may be charged at the overage rate shown on the pricing page. We may change prices with reasonable notice, effective from your next billing period.
6. Illustrative figures
Numbers, ledgers, model names and pricing shown on this site are illustrative examples for explaining the concept. They are not benchmarks, forecasts, guarantees of savings or performance, or financial, tax or accounting advice. Any third-party names appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or comparison; their use does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
7. Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely to improve the product without obligation or compensation, while keeping ownership of your own confidential information. Do not send us confidential material you don't want us to use.
8. Intellectual property
The ApiShip name, site content and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them beyond normal browsing and fair quotation.
9. Service level, warranties and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and maintenance or third-party outages may interrupt it. The service, the site and their content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, and these terms do not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay for a paid plan, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously misuse the service. Where practical we will give notice and a chance to fix the problem first. On termination your right to use the service ends and we will, on request within 30 days, help you export your data before it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, and disputes are subject to the courts of that place.
